Needed parts for my bad boy/ they found the correct parts I needed and ordered them quickly. Within 5 days I got a phone call and text that they arrived and had all the parts I needed at the store for me to pick up!! Was quicker than 2 other stores I called estimated to get them and cheaper also!! Great service and inside store loos outstanding compared to a year or so I was in it !! I recently visited Dixon Outdoor Equipment for the first time since the new ownership took over, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I own a Ferris Z2, and even though I’m just a homeowner (not in the landscaping business), I use commercial-grade equipment and expect top-level service. That’s exactly what I got here. The new owner personally greeted me, took the time to discuss my mower, and really listened. During the repair process, there was a concern about the work being done, and rather than making assumptions, he called me directly, explained the situation, and gave me a couple of options to choose from. That kind of transparency is rare. To top it off, they even delivered my mower back to me, which was a huge help. I own my own business, so I value professionalism, communication, and integrity—and Dixon Outdoor Equipment checked every box. If I were in the landscaping business, this is absolutely the kind of company I’d partner with. Highly recommend them.
